Manufacturer Policy

1. Product Warranty
Coverage:
- All products are covered under a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty periods vary by product category, typically ranging from one (1) month to one (1) year.
- This warranty is valid only when products are used as intended and under standard operating conditions.
Exclusions:
- Damage due to improper use, handling, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and external causes such as accidents or environmental conditions.
Claims Procedure:
- Customers must notify NDS Technologies within seven (7) days of discovering a defect.
- Proof of purchase and a description and photos/video of the issue are required.
- Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be determined at the manufacturer’s discretion.
2. Shipment & Delivery
Shipping Methods:
- Orders are shipped via customer or manufacturer carriers, with tracking provided upon dispatch.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on location but generally fall within one (1) to seven (7) business days.
Responsibilities:
- The manufacturer ensures proper packaging and shipment dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival and reporting damages within seven (7) days.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window:
- Orders may be canceled within Twenty-four (24) hours after placement without penalty.
- Once orders are being manufactured or processed for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
Exceptions:
- Customized, made-to-order, or bulk items are non-cancelable once production begins.
4. Refunds & Returns
Eligibility:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for returns.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Restocking and shipping fees may apply.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Special-order and customized products
- Opened consumables or used laboratory glassware
Return Process:
- Contact NDS Technologies to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Package the item securely and include the RA#.
- Ship via Preferred Carrier at the customer’s expense.
- Upon inspection, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Price Adjustments
- Prices are subject to change based on tariffs, raw material costs, and market conditions.
- Orders placed before a price increase will not be retroactively adjusted.
- Customers may request volume-based discounts or pricing reviews for long-term agreements.
6. Product Liability Clause
Limitation of Liability:
- The manufacturer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- Liability is strictly limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of defective products as outlined in the warranty section.
Use & Safety Compliance:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used in compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
- The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for misuse, modification, or unintended applications of the product.
Technical Limitations:
- Performance specifications are provided as guidelines, and actual results may vary based on operating conditions.
- The manufacturer makes no warranties regarding compatibility with third-party systems unless explicitly stated.
